I can tell you without regard that your event has all of the luster other events are lacking. You know as well as I do that you will never please all of the people no matter what you do to your event. The good part of this equation is you do not have to, due to the fact that the spectators in those stands chose to be there instead of anywhere else in Las Vegas. They just made a very bold statement to you and anyone else listening. It will only get as big as you want it to.
