There is just a couple of us here most of the time and we haven't set up a computer to track that yet, or the inclination to check and see if your partner used you qualification, etc. So for the time being it is best if I say no--quite simply you and your partner need to win $5,000 together. If the partner does not want to go, then you can do a replacement.
