As we have said many times, the limitation at the Finale will always be stalls and parking. As happens every year, about mid-year, we sell out of stalls at the South Point Hotel. We are now compiling a wait list of ropers who want a stall at the South Point. Its possible that some #13 ropers who have purchased a stall may decide to overnight somewhere else and get the refund. This may also open up a few more stalls. More will also become available as drawouts occur. If you have paid for a stall and none are available at the time, we will call and visit with you about the wait list, referrals, refunds etc. We will have a full list of alternative stalls listed here at the website in the next week.
This year we worked out an arrangement with South Point to charge a flat fee allowing ropers to arrive and depart any time between Dec. 5th thru Dec. 14th. Included in this flat fee is the allocation of 1 tack stall for every 5-6 ropers. Based on previous years this should alleviate hundreds and hundreds of phone calls adjusting arrival and depature schedules and we think this will give you lots of flexibility.
